Payment is only valid once I have personally confirmed your booking details by text, call, or email. Refunds If I am unable to accommodate your request, your payment will be refunded in full. Respectful cancellations with at least 8 hours’ notice are also eligible for a refund. Credits If you send payment early against instructions, or send a partial/incomplete payment assuming it secures your booking, the amount received will be held as credit (valid for 3 months) and will not be refunded. Credits must be used within 3 months of issue and will expire after this period. Credits cannot be transferred between clients and must be applied toward your own future booking. Declinations In cases of disrespectful, manipulative, or exploitative behavior, I reserve the right to decline service without refund or credit options. Please respect the integrity of my work and the policies that protect it. If I personally choose not to move forward with a booking for comfort or compatibility reasons, I will refund your payment in full. Confirmation & Session Fees Once payment has been received after confirmation, your session is locked in and fully secured. Admission fees must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. Session fees must be paid in full before entering the property or before I begin the session for outcalls. Cancellations & No-Shows Payments are non-refundable if you cancel late, no-show, or cancel immediately after booking because you did not review policies. Cancellations or no-shows without at least 8 hours’ notice and clear communication will incur a $75 rebooking fee toward future bookings. Misuse of Cancellations Frequent Cancellations Frequent cancellations may result in lower priority for future bookings, as they impact the availability of appointments for other clients. Payment Methods Payment processor options (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) will be provided once your booking has been confirmed on both ends(client and masseuse). For transparency, my Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal accounts are listed at the bottom of this page. All Booking fees including Admission, Same-Day, Available Hours, Expedited Booking, Travel, and Session Fees including Services are payable through Paypal, Cash App, or Venmo before the masseuse travels to your location or welcomes. If partial payments are preferred, simply complete the payment for your Booking fees before your scheduled session, and the remaining Session balance can be paid in cash—or via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal—in person, just before your session begins. Understanding How to Book the Right Tiered Time Frames Each session listed on TaylorMassage.VIP includes the total time I will be present, not just the massage time. This includes set-up, breakdown, and use of the shower. So while you may book a “1-hour session,” you are in fact securing a 3 hour outcall experience. After-Hours Accommodations 🛈 Please note: Tier fees apply based on the actual time your session occupies, not just the start time. If your session spans multiple reserves, each applicable reserve must be selected and will be billed accordingly. Sessions may be immediately canceled without refund if hygiene standards are not met upon arrival. This includes, but is not limited to: Strong or unpleasant body odor (including unwashed skin, armpits, or feet) Noticeable fecal odor or poor personal hygiene Offensive oral odor Dirty feet, nails, or unkempt general appearance without informing If I need to end the session due to unacceptable hygiene, payment will not be refunded, and you may be restricted from future bookings. Please arrive freshly showered and fully clean out of respect for my professional environment and for your own comfort. Excessively Long Body Hair Body hair must be 1 inch or shorter for all sessions — no exceptions. Longer hair usually disrupts the flow of my technique and the overall massage experience. 💡 If Needed, I Can Help—If any hard-to-reach or difficult-to-see areas need a quick trim, I’m happy to touch up those spots before we begin. However, this must be confirmed beforehand, and a 30-minute adjustment and small fee will be applied to the session to allow for this accommodotion. ⚠️ No Last-Minute RequestsIf you arrive with hair longer than 1 inch and haven’t arranged for touch-ups in advance, the session will not proceed as scheduled.
