Client Standards, Boundaries, and Code of Conduct
Arrival & Preparation Arrive freshly showered, thoroughly clean (including genitals/anus), with fresh breath, well-groomed nails, and no noticeable odor. Soiled feet or unkempt appearance results in immediate cancellation without refund and possible future declination. Body hair must be trimmed to 1 inch or shorter; longer hair without prior assisted-trimming arrangement (premium arrangement) leads to cancellation or reduced session time (non-refundable). If arriving early, park beside my vehicles and wait in your car until the exact appointment time — do not knock on or approach the door early. Personal Belongings & Recording All phones, bags, wallets, electronics, and personal items must be placed in another room during the session. Audio/video recording, monitoring, or any attempt to compromise privacy/safety is strictly prohibited. (See Right to Refuse Service for consequences.) Professional & Physical Boundaries The following are strictly prohibited: Harassment, sexual comments, solicitation, suggestive behavior, or requests for extras/undisclosed services. Self-touching, attempts at mutual touching, caressing, fondling, or any client-initiated physical contact with the masseuse. Excessive phone use, refusal to follow protocol, inappropriate conversation, or intoxication (alcohol/drugs prior to arrival — visible impairment = immediate cancellation without refund). I provide professional massage services only. I am unavailable for social interactions, friendships, or engagement outside scheduled sessions. Pre- or post-session requests of this nature are inappropriate and will not be entertained. All inquiries must go through official bookings on taylormassage.vip. Overt/sexually explicit questions/remarks (especially from new contacts) may result in being blocked without warning. Extra services are never discussed over phone, text, or email — details shared only at my discretion in person. Come prepared with funds for appropriate inquiries if needed. Deposits, Upfront Premiums, and Expedited Booking
As a solo practitioner, I dedicate exclusive time slots and prepare carefully for each session to ensure a premium, unrushed experience. Deposit Required: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your dedicated appointment time. This deposit is applied toward your final balance. Pay Now or Pay Later Option: During checkout, you can choose to pay the deposit & premiums later through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or provided pay link after I have confirmed my availability for your booking. Your remaining total can be paid in cash in person/on the day of your session. Non-Refundable Nature: Payments made at booking—including the $100 deposit—are non-refundable unless I am unavailable to provide the scheduled service (due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond my control). In that case, I will refund in full or offer a reschedule at no extra cost. Why This Policy Exists: If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your mind for any reason (including after realizing additional premiums apply), the deposit is forfeited. This is because I reserve that exclusive slot for you, turn away other potential clients, and invest time in preparation. Booking confirms that you've fully reviewed and understood my policies, service details, and add-ons beforehand—please read everything carefully before proceeding. Premium Accommodations & Add-Ons Stack – Upfront Payment Required for These: My services include several premium options that increase your total cost depending on your choices (these stack as needed): Important: In addition to the $100 deposit, you must cover any applicable outcall fee, expedited priority booking, and/or After Hours Accommodation upfront (via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or provided pay link option) before I depart for your location or provide my address. These premiums are required to confirm logistics, cover my travel/preparation, and ensure commitment. If these apply to your booking and are not paid in advance, the appointment cannot proceed, and the deposit remains non-refundable. Oversights, second thoughts, or changes after booking do not qualify for refunds—impulsive bookings or skipping review of add-ons/details do not change this. Outcall is a premium service with an additional on-location rate, depending on distance, environment, and service selection. Travel Fee applies based on location/distance for outcall appointments. Expedited/Last-Minute bookings incur a separate fee (e.g., $300) for short-notice scheduling. After Hours Accommodation ($300) is available as an add-on for rare extensions past my 11:00 PM closing time (availability limited—add during booking if your selected time would overrun). Final Balance: Any remaining amount (after deposit and upfront premiums) is due at your appointment if not paid earlier. I do not collect the full service amount automatically to keep your initial commitment reasonable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Confirmations, Cancellations, and Refunds
Rescheduling If a client wishes to reschedule, a new deposit is required for the new appointment time.Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, as the original time was reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability. Rescheduling requests are welcomed within my open hours, and all future availability can be viewed on the booking site once a service is selected. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds Confirmation & Validity A booking is only confirmed after I personally review and accept your details via text, call, or email. Payments sent early, partially, or without confirmation are not valid for securing a spot and are non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice To respect dedicated preparation time and scheduling, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. ≥12 hours: Eligible for full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability) at no extra cost. <12 hours: Non-refundable; full payment forfeited. Bookings made <12 hours in advance: Considered last-minute and non-refundable once confirmed. No-Shows & Late Cancellations No-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice forfeit the full payment. Repeat occurrences may result in lower booking priority, required advance deposits, or revocation of booking privileges. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests ≥12 hours in advance are accommodated without fee (subject to availability). Shorter-notice changes are treated as cancellations. Exceptional Circumstances Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact me promptly to discuss possible refund, rescheduling, or waiver. Refund Process Refunds (when applicable) are processed via the original payment method (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) within 1–7 business days. These policies ensure fairness, energetic alignment, and full presence for every client — each session is customized and prepared in advance.
Provider's Right to Refuse or End Service
I reserve the full right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time—including right in the middle of a scheduled appointment—if a client engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. This includes (but is not limited to): Making inappropriate remarks, requests, or assumptions about extra/sexual services (regardless of payment amount—e.g., assuming making a payment of up to or over $500 entitles you to anything beyond the agreed-upon therapeutic massage). Attempting to record/video/audio the session (with or without devices visible). Bringing in extra emotional/therapeutic stress, demands, or energy that I do not have the capacity to hold, process, or support (e.g., clients who literally cannot relax or who come with a rigid agenda/checklist that disrupts the natural flow). Any form of boundary violation, entitlement, or lack of respect for the professional therapeutic space and my expertise. In such cases, I will calmly but firmly end the session. No refund will be issued, as the time and space was held exclusively for the appointment, and professionalism is non-negotiable. Persistent or severe violations may result in being blocked, banned from future bookings, or reported if necessary (e.g., trespassing, theft, threats, harassment). Ignoring posted policies, arriving unkempt/unclean, failing hygiene standards, or any other behavior that compromises mutual respect and safety may also lead to immediate refusal without refund. Professionalism, clear boundaries, and mutual respect are foundational here—and will be upheld without exception.
