Client Standards, Boundaries & Code of Conduct
Arrival & Preparation Arrive freshly showered, thoroughly clean (including genitals/anus), with fresh breath, well-groomed nails, and no noticeable odor. Soiled feet or unkempt appearance results in immediate cancellation without refund and possible future declination. Body hair must be trimmed to 1 inch or shorter; longer hair without prior assisted-trimming arrangement (additional fee) leads to cancellation or reduced session time (non-refundable). If arriving early, park beside my vehicles and wait in your car until the exact appointment time — do not knock or approach the door early. Personal Belongings & Recording All phones, bags, wallets, electronics, and personal items must be placed in another room during the session. Audio/video recording, monitoring, or any attempt to compromise privacy/safety is strictly prohibited. (See Right to Refuse Service for consequences.) Professional & Physical Boundaries The following are strictly prohibited: Harassment, sexual comments, solicitation, suggestive behavior, or requests for extras/undisclosed services. Self-touching, attempts at mutual touching, caressing, fondling, or any client-initiated physical contact with the masseuse. Excessive phone use, refusal to follow protocol, inappropriate conversation, or intoxication (alcohol/drugs prior to arrival — visible impairment = immediate cancellation without refund). I provide professional massage services only. I am unavailable for social interactions, friendships, or engagement outside scheduled sessions. Pre- or post-session requests of this nature are inappropriate and will not be entertained. All inquiries must go through official bookings on taylormassage.vip. Overt/sexually explicit questions/remarks (especially from new contacts) may result in being blocked without warning. Extra services are never discussed over phone, text, or email — details shared only at my discretion in person. Come prepared with funds for appropriate inquiries if needed. Provider Rights & Session Termination (See Right to Refuse Service and Am I the right client? for full details on refusal, termination, and fit.) In summary: I reserve the right to terminate at any time if unsafe, uncomfortable, or standards unmet. Client conduct violations = no refund. Unrelated reasons on my end = full refund. Thank you for honoring these standards. Embracing them ensures a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for both of us.
Deposit, Payments & Expedited Booking
A $250 booking deposit is required to confirm all bookings for both Incall and Outcall sessions. This amount is applied toward your total and secures your reserved time and preparation. Once your deposit is received, your session time is fully confirmed. The deposit must be paid in full at the time of confirmation, and all remaining session fees must be paid in full—either in cash, or through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal—before entering the property or prior to the start of an outcall session.Deposits also cover any additional booking factors such as Same-Day, Expedited Access, and Optional Accommodations when applicable. Outcall Deposit Outcall sessions include an additional on-location deposit separate from your selected service rate. This reflects the off-site setup, environmental shift, and dedicated presence required when working outside the sanctuary. The on-location deposit varies based on distance, environment, and service selection, and must be received in full via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal prior to departure in order to secure your session. Rescheduling If a client wishes to reschedule, a new deposit is required for the new appointment time.Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, as the original time was reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability. Rescheduling requests are welcomed within my open hours, and all future availability can be viewed on the booking site once a service is selected. Full Prepayment Incentives Advance payment carries its own hush of grace. It lets the room soften and align—air, fabric, and stillness tuning themselves to your quiet cadence, inviting presence to bloom long before you enter. As a thoughtful token of that shared serenity, early full payment receive a thoughtful gift. These gestures are offered at the discretion of the provider and are intended to deepen the ritual of preparation for all involved. Standard Booking VS Expedited Booking Standard booking requires a minimum of 5 hours’ notice to complete confirmation and payment.Need me ASAP? I can be ready for you pretty quickly.Expedited booking is offered for sessions requested within 4 hours of the appointment time. Immediate Priority Booking — $350For any bookings made less than 4 hours in advance. This accommodation prioritizes your session above others and activatesimmediate preparation for your arrival or outcall. Please use responsibly.
Confirmations, Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds Confirmation & Validity A booking is only confirmed after I personally review and accept your details via text, call, or email. Payments sent early, partially, or without confirmation are not valid for securing a spot and are non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice To respect dedicated preparation time and scheduling, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. ≥24 hours: Eligible for full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability) at no extra cost. <24 hours: Non-refundable; full payment forfeited. Bookings made <24 hours in advance: Considered last-minute and non-refundable once confirmed. No-Shows & Late Cancellations No-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice forfeit the full payment. Repeat occurrences may result in lower booking priority, required advance deposits, or revocation of booking privileges. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests ≥24 hours in advance are accommodated without fee (subject to availability). Shorter-notice changes are treated as cancellations. Exceptional Circumstances Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact me promptly to discuss possible refund, rescheduling, or waiver. Refund Process Refunds (when applicable) are processed via the original payment method (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) within 5–7 business days. These policies ensure fairness, energetic alignment, and full presence for every client — each session is customized and prepared in advance.
Provider's Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
I reserve the full right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time—including right in the middle of a scheduled appointment—if a client engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. This includes (but is not limited to): Making inappropriate remarks, requests, or assumptions about extra/sexual services (regardless of payment amount—e.g., assuming $1600 entitles you to anything beyond the agreed-upon therapeutic massage). Attempting to record/video/audio the session (with or without devices visible). Bringing in extra emotional/therapeutic stress, demands, or energy that I do not have the capacity to hold, process, or support (e.g., clients who literally cannot relax or who come with a rigid agenda/checklist that disrupts the natural flow). Any form of boundary violation, entitlement, or lack of respect for the professional therapeutic space and my expertise. In such cases, I will calmly and firmly end the session immediately, ask the client to leave my space, and the service will not continue. No refund will be issued, as the time and space were held exclusively for the appointment, and professionalism is non-negotiable. Persistent or severe violations may result in being blocked, banned from future bookings, or reported if necessary (e.g., trespassing or harassment). Ignoring posted policies, arriving unkempt/unclean, failing hygiene standards, or any other behavior that compromises mutual respect and safety may also lead to immediate refusal without refund. Professionalism, clear boundaries, and mutual respect are foundational here—these will be upheld without exception. My energy, comfort, and professional determination matter just as much as yours.
